Is Fox News Censoring Billionaire Tom Steyer’s Trump Impeachment Ad?
By Doug Cunningham
Billionaire Democrat donor Tom Steyer is spending millions of dollars to run ads urging Trump’s impeachment. And now he says Fox News has censored his impeachment ad.
Steyer says he ran the impeachment ad during Fox & Friends, but the ad was then pulled off the air without warning. Steyer says he has hired Bernie Sanders lawyer Brad Deutsch to defend the free speech right to run the impeachment ads.
Here’s a portion of the impeachment ad Steyer says Fox is censoring.
[Tom Steyer Impeachment Ad Excerpt]: “He’s brought us to the brink of nuclear war, obstructed justice at the FBI, and in direct violation of the constitution he’s taken money from foreign governments and threatened to shut down news organizations that report the truth.
And if that isn’t a case for impeaching and removing a dangerous president, then what has our government become?”
Steyer says Republican members of Congress once impeached a president for far less.
Steyer is urging Americans to speak up for impeachment because he says Trump is a clear and present danger. And Steyer says Republicans know it but aren’t doing anything.
[Tom Steyer Impeachment Ad Excerpt]: “People in Congress and his own administration know that this president is a clear and present danger, who’s mentally unstable and armed with nuclear weapons. And they do nothing.”
